Claim Handling Process

When you report your claim to Insurtec, we will electronically submit your claim to our claim processor. Within 24 hours, an adjuster will be assigned and contact you. The adjuster will most likely schedule a time to meet with you and investigate the claim. Depending on the type of claim, it is also possible that the claim will be adjusted over the phone.
